Return Policy

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer’s possession.
Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at Empolotez Signature Firearms P/L are not to be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product listing specifically states that the product is to be returned under this policy then returns for change of mind will be permitted.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise with Empolotez Signature Firearms’ staff to return the product and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of Your Product (excluding initial delivery charges and a re-stocking fee). The re-stocking fee for these Products will be 15% of the original purchase price, or $35 (whichever is lower). Where a product listing specifically excludes returns under this policy, no returns under this policy will be permitted.

1.  In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify Empolotez Signature Firearms within 14 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of Empolotez Signature Firearms’ staff in order to facilitate Your return.

2.  To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging and packaging must be intact, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by YOU, the Customer during the time the Product is in Your possession. The Product is deemed to be in Your possession once you have signed for the parcel on delivery.

3.  A re-stocking fee will also apply. The re-stocking fee will be calculated at 15% of the original purchase price, or $35 (whichever is lower).

4.  The 14 day period within which You are eligible to make a return under this Policy commences on the date that You accept delivery of Your Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.

 5.  The Product must be returned to Empolotez Signature Firearms within 10 business days of Your request to return Your Product under this Policy.

 6.  You must return the Products for which You are seeking a store credit or refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that Empolotez Signature Firearms’ staff provide to You.

 7.  After receiving the returned Products, Empolotez Signature Firearms P/L will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable.

 Empolotez Signature Firearms reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.

Warranty

• All products have a set warranty; repairs, labour and spare parts are covered under warranty. Postage is to be organised by the    purchaser of the goods to and from Empolotez Signature Firearms. Freight is not covered under warranty.

• The benefits conferred by the warranties given by the Company are in addition to all other rights and remedies which the purchaser may have under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and similar State or Territory laws.

• No goods will be accepted without prior authority.

• Freight costs to and from all destinations are the responsibility of the Customer.

• Any goods returned must be accompanied with the following information:

• First & Last name

• Address

• Phone number

• Reason for return (full written description of problem or fault)

• The Company authorisation number

• The Company invoice number

• The Company employee who authorised the return

• Signature

• Non-legitimate warranty claims will be subject to gunsmithing costs and freight being charged to the Customer.

Empolotez Signature Firearms reserves the right to make changes to this warranty Policy without notice.

 Prices

All selling prices are subject to change without notice
Empolotez Signature Firearms reserves the right to make changes to this Price Policy without notice.

Delivery Charges

The Customer shall be liable for all delivery charges in relation to goods unless otherwise agreed or specified.
Empolotez Signature Firearms reserves the right to make changes to this Delivery Policy without notice.

Back Orders

Back Orders will be supplied to the Customer at the prices and on the terms and conditions applying at the time of delivery of the goods.

Cancellation

No order may be cancelled without prior agreement with the Company. If a cancellation is approved a cancellation or refund fee will apply.

Delays

Any dispatch, delivery or availability dates are estimates only, subject to prior sale or any acts, events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Empolotez Signature Firearms reserves the right to make changes to this Delay Policy without notice.
